How-To: Access Privileged Membership Information Area

Accessing the Privileged Membership Information has a different login than accessing the POS System section. The Privileged Membership Information has information only available to members (ie. by-laws).

To attain FIRST-TIME access:

1. Type in your club-associated email address
2. Enter your temporary password, which is your last name (lowercase) and your member number
   1. Example: 
      1. username:  jsmith@gmail.com
      2. password:  smith48231

How-To: Access POS (Point of Sale) Statements Area

Accessing the POS (Point of Sale) System has a different login than accessing the Privileged Membership Information section. The POS System is your cloud-based portal to access your transactions at HHYC.

To attain FIRST-TIME access:

1. To receive assistance, click on the Help & Support link and complete the provided form. Our team will promptly respond to your inquiry: Help & Support

**Friendly Reminder: a one-time setup needs to be done under the MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS section to pay online (a tutorial can be found by clicking on the tutorial: Tutorial)
