HHYC is ready for your event. We do wedding receptions for 20 to 250 People. Weddings outside will be an extra setup charge.
Facility Rental Fees For Non-Members are as follows:
Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00pm is $1,750.00
Saturdays from 6PM am to 11PM is $2,400.00
Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00pm is $1,750.00
Sundays from 6PM am to 11PM is $2,400.00
Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00pm is $1,250.00
Fridays from 6PM am to 11PM is $1,750.00
Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00pm is $850.00
Tuesday through Thursday from 6PM am to 11PM is $1,250.00
Rental Agreements:
A $500.00 Security Deposit iand a $250 fee is required for all Rental Agreements. Sales tax and a 19% service fee will be added to all purchases at the club.
Rental rates are for designated periods above plus one hour before the event. One half of the rental fee and a separate check for the security deposit is required with the signed Rental Agreement to secure the date and the time of the event.The balance of the Rental Agreement must be paid 7 days prior to event. A credit card number will be held to cover all additional expenses. If the event is reserved and not held, the security deposit may be refunded, but half the rental fee is not refundable. If facility is re-rented by HHYC, then half the rental fee may be refunded. If the event is held and the club is left in good condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
HHYC has an upstairs bar which seats about 50. Upstairs also has a pool table, conference areas, big screen television, smaller conversation area with fire place, and children's play area.
The downstairs has a large dining/event facility which seats 200 or more. HHYC has a full working kitchen and serving area. Downstairs also has a small beer/wine bar, and a small room for the Junior Yacht Club Members.

Our Fees For Setup & Staff:
Linen $10 per table,
Napkins $0.50 per person,
Charger pates $1.00 per person
Servers $20 per hour
Bussers $20 per hour each,
Dishwashers $20 per hour each,
House DJ $600 for 5 hours.
Silverware and Dishware are available.
For Bar Service:
HHYC provides one bartender with each rental. Additional bars and/or bartenders are available for an additional $150.00

Hosted Bars can be a set time or amount
ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED FROM HHYC
